Met-con:
AMRAP in 12 minutes

  • 5 dumbbell hang squat cleans (15#) + 1 lunge per leg
  • 10 jumping pull-ups
  • 200 meter run

Rounds: 3 3/4

Was my first time doing jumping pull-ups, and those were easier than I thought, so maybe next time I’ll ditch the 25# plate to stand on.
