AMRAP in 20 minutes

  • turkish get-ups (10# kettlebell) — 1 each side, 2 each side, etc.
  • 12 burpees

Rounds: 4 1/2

Then dumbbell curls (15# weights) for 3 sets of 12 per arm. I also think I’m finally getting better at knee push-ups during the warm-up. Might even try real ones on Friday!

I’m attempting to donate blood in a couple hours at work. All the other times I’ve tried they said my veins were too small, but after doing CrossFit I think they’re a little bigger … but we’ll see.
