AMRAP in 15 minutes

  • 800 meter run (1 time)
  • 10 slam ball burpees (15#)
  • bicycle crunches: 30 seconds

Rounds: 3ish?

After 3 weeks, I still can’t get past 58# on the bench press (despite lifting 70ish one time, unless I wrote down the wrong numbers) … I don’t know why, especially when I can progress just fine on the back squat. Meh, at least I’m lifting heavier than 7 weeks ago when I did the test.
