Back squat test!

After 5 days off to visit Keith for the 4th of July & my birthday, it was back to reality (and CrossFit) today:

Lift:
back squat 5 rep max test (90# … technically 93!)

Met-con:
AMRAP in 10 minutes

  • 5 dumbbell hang squat cleans (15#)
  • 5 dumbbell lunges per leg (15#)
  • 75 jump ropes

Rounds: 3 1/2

Don’t know the exact back squat weight I started at (’cause I did the calculations wrong at first), but it was between 50 – 60 pounds … so ending at 93 is frickin’ awesome 🙂
