For some reason this is my first week of all strength days (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday). Haven’t done the front squat in a looong time:
front squat 4×3 (60#)
4 rounds of
- 5 dumbbell hang power cleans (15#)
- 10 dumbbell push presses (15#)
- 30 air squats
Luckily I was mostly healed from being dead after Tuesday’s WOD. Got to work on my front squat too, which was a nice change of pace.
