Started cleans from the floor today. Slowly starting to get the hang of it, but definitely need to keep working:
power clean 5×2 (55#)
AMRAP in 7 minutes + 800 meter run at the end
- 5 kettlebell swings (35#)
- 5 burpees
- 5 jumping kipping pull-ups
Rounds: 7 1/2ish?
When I was picking up my kettlebell to bring it over to my area, I felt a sharp pain in my lower left back. No idea why, because I’ve picked them up lots of times before … just think I did it the wrong way. Luckily I could still do the met-con, but my swings and burpees were a little slower. Hope it goes away soon!
