3 rounds of

  • push press (40#) (1 minute)
  • sumo deadlift high pulls (40#) (1 minute)
  • box jumps (18″) (1 minute)
  • wall balls (10#) (1 minute)
  • row (1 minute)
  • rest (1 minute)

Core:
3 rounds of

  • plank (20 seconds)
  • side plank (L) (20 seconds)
  • side plank (R) (20 seconds)

Tried the 20″ box for box jumps, but stayed at 18″ since the met-con was more about lots of reps. Also, my elbows do not like planks.
