The only cleaning I don’t like.

Ugh. Still having trouble with cleans and not getting the right form. I did like one rep the right way, but the rest were too far in front of me … some I couldn’t even get to my shoulders. But Randy said that even if I don’t increase in weight very much during these 12 weeks, I’m still improving in technique.

Lift:
clean 5×2 (55#)

Met-con:
5 minute cap x 2

  • 8 inverted rows
  • 20 kettlebell swings (30#)
  • wall balls (10#)
  • 2 minutes rest

On a positive note … picking up the kettlebell and didn’t screw up my back like last time.
