Haven’t back squatted in a long time, but I still got it!
back squat 5×5 (90# for 1 set, 85# for the rest)
5 rounds of
- 5 manmakers (15# dumbbells)
- 10 ring dips (blue band)
- 15 kettlebell swings (35#)
I was dripping sweat all over the place lol … but the manmakers & ring dips did seem a tiny bit easier! I’ll probably be crazy sore for Amanda’s wedding tomorrow.
