Almost weekend time.

Haven’t back squatted in a long time, but I still got it!

Lift:
back squat 5×5 (90# for 1 set, 85# for the rest)

Met-con:
5 rounds of

  • 5 manmakers (15# dumbbells)
  • 10 ring dips (blue band)
  • 15 kettlebell swings (35#)

Time: 20:05

I was dripping sweat all over the place lol … but the manmakers & ring dips did seem a tiny bit easier! I’ll probably be crazy sore for Amanda’s wedding tomorrow.
