  • 800 meter run
  • 3 rounds of
    • 10 burpee box jumps (18″)
    • 15 wall balls (10#)
  • 200 meter plate run (10#)

Time: DNF (missed the plate run :()

Tabata:
plank with 10# plate

Went to Highbar’s running seminar on Saturday, and my ankles/calves are still sore from that … and of course today had an 800 meter run. I don’t know if it was the long weekend or earlier start time or what, but I’m already feeling the WOD and want to go back to bed.
