My thighs were super sore after Tuesday’s front squats for some reason, to the point where it hurt to walk down stairs … but they felt okay when I woke up this morning. Hopefully they don’t hate me tomorrow!

The push-ups always get me. Apparently this WOD is Cindy … I wish it would say so on the whiteboard, since newer people like me don’t have them memorized.
