Met-con:

  • AMRAP in 5 minutes
    • 5 deadlifts (55#)
    • 10 jumping kipping pull-ups
  • 90 seconds rest
  • AMRAP in 5 minutes
    • 10 dumbbell push presses (15#)
    • 10 kettlebell swings (35#)
  • 90 seconds rest
  • AMRAP in 5 minutes
    • 10 slam balls (15#)
    • 10 air squats (35#)

Rounds: 4 1/2 for each

Also learned how to foam roll, but my feet started cramping up from the met-con for some reason, so it wasn’t too effective. The scores definitely made me feel weak lol, since the other 2 girls have been doing CrossFit for years.
