Last CrossFit class of summer.

I swear, my body doesn’t want me to go any higher than 55#/60# with cleans.

clean 5×2 (1 set at 60#, the rest at 55#)

3 rounds of

  • 400 meter run
  • 21 kettlebell swings (35#)
  • 12 kipping pull-ups (red & blue bands)

Time: 15:00

The pull-ups were like half kipping/half regular … but never really done kipping before, so will try to ease into them with the bands.
