    • 10 sumo deadlift high pulls (45#)
    • 40 jump ropes

Finally broke 100 pounds in something! It was cold today too, didn’t take my hoodie off until the met-con. I should also probably attempt double-unders soon … after class someone said (not to me) “you don’t get double-unders by doing single-unders.” Makes sense ’cause I haven’t even tried them, so why not?
