  • 10 chin-ups (red and blue bands)
  • 10 slam balls (15#)
  • 1 manmaker (15# dumbbells)
  • 9 chin-ups
  • 9 slam balls
  • 1 manmaker
  • 8, 7, 6, etc.

Time: 15:00

Yay for front squatting 110#! I keep finishing way early than everyone else, even though I do the right number of warm-up rounds and resting. But oh well, I’m not super social like a lot of the girls, so I guess talking adds up lol.
