Time to jump.

So this time I got more single double unders than Friday … and I think I managed to string 2 together, but not sure. I’m close though. Still keep hitting my feet with the rope.

power clean 5×2 (4 sets at 55#, the rest at 60#)

I did more than 5 sets since I had time … and I think I’m finally “getting” them. Dan said to keep doing everything the same except focus on moving my knees out of the way, and once I did that it felt a little easier (and moved up to 60#). He kept saying I was looking good, so not complaining! Towards the end I started doing the hip thing though, so I knew I was getting tired.
