Today was the same as Tuesday in regards to double unders. I still couldn’t get 2 in a row, but I came so close. Dan even thought towards the end that I got 2 without realizing it, but wasn’t 100% sure. Meh. Either way, eventually I’ll do it.
back squat 5×4 (85#) + 5 ring dips after each set
After using a red band for ring dips for 1 set, Dan suggested I try inverted ring dips (with no band). So much harder, and I’m still working on leaning forward and getting the right body position … but yay progress!
