Sooo freezing outside this morning, but getting better at kipping! Can almost do 2 in a row now.

kipping pull-ups

Lift:
bench press 3×10 (55#) + 12 weighted sit-ups (15#) after each set

Weighted sit-ups are definitely harder than they look, and new strength program starts on Monday — so curious about what’s coming up!
