  • 10-1 sumo deadlift high pulls (35#)
  • 10-1 ring dips (red band)
  • 20 meter broad jumps

For some reason I’ve been feeling more tired this week, and I’ve only been to CrossFit twice. Maybe it’s from Halloween or something, but hope it goes away soon.
