First morning below 32 for the season … brrrrr.

Lift:
back squat 5×5 (80#)
3 reverse chin-ups between each set

Met-con:
AMRAP in 12 minutes

  • 5 kettlebell swings (35#)
  • 5 burpees
  • 5 dumbbell hang squat cleans (15#)
  • 100 meter shuttle run

Rounds: 3 or 4 + 5 swings

After 2 days of Power Supply paleo lunches and dinners, I definitely like it! It’s enough food to fill me up, and beats the usual chicken or beef plus vegetables that I would make otherwise. Just have to figure out if I can sustain it financially in the long run.
