Took all of last week off ’cause I was sick … sore throat, sneezing, foggy head. It wasn’t so bad that I had to miss work, but I wanted to get better as soon as possible, which means rest. This week, though, need to do 3 days in a row to get ready for Thanksgiving!

Lift:
clean 1P & 2P 2×2 (45#)
clean 2P 3×2 (55#)

Met-con:
11 minute cap

  • 1 manmaker (15#)
  • 5 kipping pull-ups (red band)
  • 2 manmakers
  • 5 kipping pull-ups
  • 3 manmakers
  • 5 kipping pull-ups
  • 4, 5, 6, etc.

Rounds: got up to 6 manmakers (I think)
