Agility Drills:

  • feet together linear x 3
  • feet together lateral x 3
  • one foot linear x 2
  • one foot lateral x 2
  • icky feet x 3

Met-con:

  • AMRAP in 3 minutes
    • 1 clean (45#)
    • 2 lunges (45#)
    • 3 thrusters (45#)
  • 2 minutes rest
  • AMRAP in 3 minutes
    • kipping pull-ups (red band)
  • AMRAP in 3 minutes
    • 60 meter shuttle run
    • 60 meter farmer’s carry (20# dumbbells)
  • 3 minutes plank

AMRAP 1 Rounds: 3ish
