Lift:
bench press max reps (45#): 30
bench press max reps (40#): 28
bench press max reps (35#): 28

Met-con:

  • 800 meter run
  • AMRAP in 8 minutes
    • 5 kipping pull-ups (red band)
    • 10 push-ups
    • 15 squats
  • 1 minute rest
  • 3 minutes plank

Run time: 4:15
AMRAP rounds: 5 + 5 pull-ups + 1 push-up

Haven’t run outside in a looong time, but that’s what 60-degree days will do I guess lol. Had to rest once during the plank too, but still a good workout!
