Bench press test #3.

Went to the 7:45 am class (my first ever) ’cause I just didn’t feel like getting up for 6 am, but I wanted to get my lifts in … plus I’m working from home today so I have a little more time.

Lift:
bench press test
1 rep max: 75# (5# PR)

Met-con:

  • 2000 meter row
  • 3 minutes plank

Never rowed that much at once before, so wow my butt/thighs hurt afterwards lol … but I did it in 9:05. No rest during the plank either, so yay.
