Notes: I told myself I’d go to CrossFit in the morning, but when my alarm went off it was not happening lol. It was also free lunch day (which usually means leftovers for dinner) plus surprise birthday cupcakes! So definitely not as healthy as usual, but hey. Will try to find a new dinner recipe over the weekend.
