I’ve always wondered about the difference … now I know!
I’m also wondering why it’s so frickin’ cold in this house. I don’t even want to move … which is probably why I’m cold but oh well. I just want a big blast of warm air to blow on me until it becomes summer again *shivers*
Okay, must go and be productive the rest of the night *gets up … soon*
Well my metal project (2 pairs of piercings) was a bust. Spent three hours working on them last night (even accidentally cut my finger with a saw Thursday night), yet when critique time rolled around I, again, was one of the few that didn’t get any beans (what each person uses to show whose project they liked the best). I don’t get it … I work just as hard as everyone else, but then have nothing to show for it in the end *sigh* Maybe the last project (a ring) will be different.
Read The Breeze today and saw all these cool places advertised around Harrisonburg and neighboring towns that I’d love to go to, except can’t, because doing certain things alone isn’t any fun. Like hiking on Skyline Drive and taking pictures of the fall foliage or pumpkin/apple picking at a family farm that also has a corn maze, hay rides, etc. Brian should come here for once next weekend.
I’m tired of this layout already … meh. Maybe the next one will be done in my newly-acquired Illustrator 
Except for one or two times (they were small bites), I haven’t eaten meat in exactly a month. Go me. I figured since I don’t eat it that much anyway and the meat at school is mediocre at best, I’d see if I could do it. And I did. It wasn’t hard at all and actually made me feel a little better … now I just have to figure out Thanksgiving and what to do when my dad cooks (he’s a meat person). What inspired me to try giving up meat? Mainly this group on MySpace and Starza’s blog 
Happy day. iTunes 6 is out and my dad let me get Illustrator CS2 ($99 at the bookstore!) since the lab hours here are stupid (not to mention busy with classes half the day and freezing). Only thing that sucks is my typography logo’s due tomorrow, but hopefully with my new software I’ll be okay.
Edit: I can’t believe it, but he (the professor) actually had nothing bad to say about my logo Check it out:
$40 tequila shouldn’t make me sick, but it did. Not to mention feeling like crap (emotionally) with no one to make me feel better, so I’m going to bed and wishing I didn’t have to wake up 
Our oil heat came today — yay!
Edit: But … the stupid pilot light’s out (or something equally annoying). Go figure.
